Commission on 认证 for Law Enforcement Agencies Public Comment Portal
The purpose of this public portal is to receive comments regarding an agency's compliance with CALEA standards, 参与服务社区, 提供公共安全服务, 以及获得认可地位的整体候选资格. These comments can be in the form of commendations or concerns. The overall intent of the accreditation process is to provide the participating agency with information to support continuous improvement, as well as foster the pursuit of professional excellence.
IMPORTANT: CALEA is not an investigatory body and subsequently the public portal should not be used to submit information for such purposes. 另外, there will be no response other than acknowledgement to submissions; however, the information will be considered in context to its relevancy to compliance with standards and the tenets of CALEA® 认证.
How to File a Complaint or Commendation for CPSS Staff
The College has adopted the following procedures for members of the community to commend the performance of CPSS personnel, or to address allegations of misconduct or abuse of authority.
